Happy New Year!!

I am so thankful to all of you that have let us into your lives this past year. I am filled with joy as I think about all the lives that have been changed - new babies have been welcomed into the world, major weightloss accomplishments achieved, energy has been gained, pain has been minimized, and hopefully lots of heart disease, cancer and diabetes has been prevented! We encourage you to keep up with your efforts, and bring your family and friends on board for 2012! Spread the word of good health to those you care about!

I am excited about the New Year at VFL. We are welcoming Lauren (our office manager) as our Professional Spa Therapist. Lauren is bringing some wonderful treatments to VFL to help not only pamper our clients but restore/treat good skin and body health!
We will also be participating at this years Women's Show on Saturday and Sunday (January 7 & 8) at Bradford Greenhouses - come visit our booth! We will lots of prizes to give away and our water bottle referral program is going strong for January!
We are pleased to announce that our RMT services are now full time to better meet your needs, and we are officially 100% online for ALL service bookings (Naturopathic, Chiropractic, Massage and Spa Services).
